• Shree firepack textile family includes ceramic fiber rope, braids, cloth tapes, and sleeving. Ceramic fiber textile products are made from alumina-silica ceramic fiber, free of asbestos. These non asbestos textile materials such as ceramic fiber rope can be used in different industrial applications under temperatures up to 2300 °F (1260 °C) and have excellent chemical stability and strong resistance to thermal shock and corrosion attack. Exceptions are hydrofluoric and phosphoric acids and concentrated alkalies. Ceramic fiber rope also resist oxidation and reduction. If wet by water or steam, thermal properties are completely restored upon drying. No water of hydration is present. Ceramic fiber rope contain 15% organic carriers, which helps to establish physical formation of products. The carriers burn out at about 750 °F (400 °C).
  
  Ceramic fiber rope braided packings also contain reinforcement insert materials of either inconel wire or continuous fiberglass filament to increase handling strength during installation and enhance fiber durability to rated temperatures of 2000 °F (1093 °C) for inconel wire and 1200 °F (649 °C) for fiberglass filament. Ceramic braided packing includes Ceramic fiber rope are dense, high performance packing fabricated from ceramic fiber yarn braided around a core of ceramic fiber rope either to form a packing in Round or Square section of desired sizes.

Indian ceramic insulation fabrics tape are woven in netted form made from ceramic yarn. Ceramic fiber insulation tapes are available in a variety of thickness from 3 - 6mm. • Ceramic fiber cloth is a woven fabric made from our high quality ceramic fiber yarn. Ceramic fiber cloth can be used for high temperature applications up to 2300 F. Ceramic fiber cloth is reinforced with fiberglass filament, and optional Inconel/alloy steel wire. Ceramic fiber cloth textiles (cloth, tape and rope) contain a certain amount of binder material which is normally burned at lower temperature and does not affect the insulation property.

Ceramic fiber paper is an aluminum-silicate ceramic fiber-based non-woven fabric. Fiber paper  is manufactured through a special paper-making process with high purity washed fibers.

Ceramic fiber papers are a unique class of products which consists primarily of an aluminum-silicate fiber in a non-woven matrix with a latex binder system. A specialized paper-making process to form uniform, lightweight, flexible sheets is statistically controlled. By blending different fibers, binders, and additives while varying the manufacturing process, We now produces a variety of paper products for a wide range of applications. In addition, We have several manufacturing capabilities which can enhance the performance of ceramic papers in a wide variety of applications.

Ceramic fiber textiles is alumina-silicate based refractory fiber, white and odorless. With a reinforcement carrier (usually high temperature fiberglass), the fiber is made into industrial textile products such as Cloth, Tape, Twisted Rope, Square and Round Braid, Yarn, etc.

Ceramic fiber Textiles resists temperature as high as 2300º F. This material is lightweight and has very low thermal conductivity.
